On earth day i told every one i knew to read the book "diet for a new america" by john robbins. This book doesn't just cover all the horrible things that go on in slaughter houses but it covers all the pesticides and chemicals that ruin the earths nutrient soil and are pumped into the air to kill millions of animals so that people can only eat part of the animal then waste the rest, this book also tells how seriously everything will be better if no body ate meat.
